With industrial PLC control system , Y-axis travel 330mm , maximum cutting thickness 40mm , spindle speed 50~5000r/min , 1kW , circulating water cooling , diamond saw blade Φ200*32*1.0mm is suitable for cutting semiconductors, crystals, circuit boards, notebooks , computers , fasteners, metal materials, rocks and ceramics and other samples.

The whole machine body is smooth, spacious and generous, providing a good working platform. And it adopts high-torque high-power servo motor and stepless speed control system, which has high and stable working efficiency.
